Our resume templates are digital products delivered instantly via email after successful payment. Because the product is delivered immediately and can be used right away, we do not offer refunds once a template has been purchased and the download link has been sent.
We encourage you to review the template preview and description carefully before purchasing, to ensure it fits your needs.
If you completed payment but did not receive your download link within a reasonable time, please contact us immediately — we will resolve delivery issues promptly.
If you were charged incorrectly or more than once for the same purchase, contact us with your payment details and we will investigate and refund any duplicate charges.
Refund terms for future services (such as 1:1 mentorship or workshops) will be published separately when those services launch.
